We would like to apologize for any disruption caused by a former Track Worker. This person has been trying to SHUT DOWN your Race Track. This person was asked not to return due to poor sportsmanship,cheating,lying,possible tampering with track fuel supply and possible malicious damage to property.
First this person claimed they owned part of Londonderry Raceway and hired a Lawyer to get what we Jim And Nancy Lafford had not given him. Which was 5 shares of stock in Londonderry Raceway Incorporated which was dissolved and we purchased their equipment for running a bussiness.
They then decided they would file a complaint to the Town of Londonderry posing as a Londonderry Concerned Resident which they are not a resident of Londonderry but of Bedford New Hampshire. They complained about things such as Oil Disposal and ground water pollution and we had found them personally dumping their oil on the rocks at their pit spot last season which we cleaned last year. We have had Excellent Success with the Town addressing these complaints.
He then decided he needed our less than NEW somewhat falling down Gate Booth. We asked this person if they would stop the Harrassement of the Track and YOU our Customers if we gave him the Gate Booth which we have a Signed BILL Of SALE for with the Track purchase. This person refused to STOP TRYING TO CLOSE LONDONDERRY RACEWAY even if we gave him the Gate Booth.

Our most recent problem has been his Harrassement of YOU our Customers while we are all just trying to Enjoy a Day of Racing. He is now monitoring the Races and using a Decibel Meter to cause furthur problems to SHUT racing down. He has also been heard by staff making statements like "I'm going to punch Jim in the mouth when I see him." after last season stating to Jeff that "I'm going to get my Gun and shoot that (explitive) Jim." He wonders why HE'S NOT ALLOWED BACK AT LONDONDERRY RACEWAY "EVER".
His current actions just prove we made the right decision in not allowing him back for the 2004 season.
We will be addressing the issue of his TRESSPASSING with Civil and Court action. We will also be protecting your RACING by installing fencing to not allow anyone to see in and to lower Decibel rates at the property line.
